Legal Services
Organization counsel may be supplied by the Organization at no cost to
the member to represent the member of the Organization for any matter
arising out of actions taken in his or her duty as a police officer and in
other matters in which the Legal Committee determines that Legal Counsel
will be provided.
If any member is in need of legal assistance, contact the Chairman of
the Legal Committee at (314) 650-1236 or if no response in 30 minutes
leave a message at the office, (314) 353-2407 and someone will be
immediately paged.
Death Benefit
The Organization shall, upon the death of any Active Member or Emeritus
Member, pay to such member's designated beneficiary the following:
Active Member - Two Thousand Dollars
Emeritus Member - Five Hundred Dollars
